Property & Casualty President: Randy Gowdy

Randy Gowdy is president of Summit Financial Group’s northeast division and heads up Summit First Insurance, SFG’s Property and Casualty subsidiary. A 25-year veteran of Summit’s family of businesses, Randy is one of the company’s original founding members. His leadership, vision, mentoring and unbridled passion for helping people throughout nearly every aspect of Summit’s employee benefits and risk management divisions, are deeply rooted within the company’s foundation.

Account Executive: Tim Knox

Tim Knox is an Account Executive for Summit First Insurance, SFG’s P & C subsidiary. A 10-year veteran of the Insurance and Financial Services industry, Tim joined Summit’s family of businesses in March of 2013. With a total of over 20 years experience in sales and business development, Tim brings a passion for leading his clients down the correct path for both their current and future needs.

Account Executive: Brad Shelton

Brad Shelton is a regional sales representative in Summit First Insurance’s southern region. He is licensed to provide Property and Casualty Insurance, and is OSHA Part 1910 and 1926 certified. A seven-year veteran of the insurance industry, he worked for Brown & Brown of Central Oklahoma prior to joining Summit.

Account Representative: Pat Dill

Pat Dill began her carrier in 1979 with Fireman’s Fund Insurance where she worked as an Assistant Underwriter. The first several years were spent learning the coverages and programs. After two years she became the Underwriter for the small business accounts. Premium volume reached over $2,000,000.
